Where do I find the model number?

Inside the fridge door, on the washing machine door rim, along the dishwasher door edge, or on the oven door frame. One clear photo of that sticker is what lets us confirm parts.

Do you carry parts, or is it always a second visit?

Common pumps, seals, belts, elements, thermostats and door locks travel with the technician. Model-specific parts are ordered the same day when the supplier has stock, and the price you approved already covers them.

Do you work on built-in and integrated units?

Yes. Integrated machines are removed from the housing, repaired and re-fitted. Tell us it is integrated when you send photos so the price accounts for it.
