The hard part of a tile repair is not the tiling, it is finding a tile that matches. Photograph the damage with a coin next to it for scale, and check the store cupboard for spares before you message.
The causes we find, in order
Hollow bed under the tile
Tiles laid on dabs rather than full adhesive coverage sound drummy and crack under point loads. Replacing the tile without re-bedding it properly means the new one cracks in the same spot.
No movement joint in the floor
Large tiled areas expand in the heat, and with nowhere to go a row lifts and tents in the middle. The repair is to relieve the compression and cut in a proper movement joint.
Substrate moving or debonding
Where the screed below has separated from the slab, whole areas go hollow together. We sound the area to map how far it runs before quoting, because it is rarely just the tile you can see.
Opening left after other trades
A hole cut for a leak repair and never closed needs the substrate made good and re-waterproofed before anything is re-laid. Tiling straight over it traps the next problem underneath.

Sometimes. Tiles are discontinued quickly here, so send a clear photo with a coin for scale and check for spares in a store cupboard or under the sink. If we cannot match it we say so before you approve anything.
How long before I can walk on it?
Adhesive and grout need curing time, and in most cases the floor is usable the next morning. We tell you the exact wait for the products used on your job.
